I chose the above quote from the Penn State football coach because I believe in proper preparation for any goal in life. Not all athletes are looking to win, and that is okay. The desire to prepare for your goal is important. Whether you want to do a 10K, a marathon, a century ride, a triathlon, or an Ironman, I can help you get to the finish line.

The most important qualities that we have are our attitudes. Your thoughts will dictate where you want to go. Stay positive in your journey, and stay focused on your goal and you will get there. The most focused person I know is my father. In July 2004 he completed a bicycle ride across the United States, starting in Los Angeles and finishing in Boston. He overcame a crash in Kansas, and a broken bicycle frame. Nothing deterred him from his accomplishment.

I want you to have a tenacious attitude about your goals. But at the same time, learn to keep everything in balance, and learn to listen to your body.

If injuries are keeping you from reaching your full potential, I can help you work through those problems. I provide nutritional, stretching, and injury prevention and treatment advice throughout your training.
